We at Acorns and Oaks want your shopping
experience to be as enjoyable as possible.

most cases we will get to your emails in 24 hours.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept PayPal and credit cards through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay, just select "pay with a credit card" or "contuinue" to use your regular credit card.
We will also accept email money transfers, money orders or personal cheques. Please email us your order if this is your preferred method of payment. Keep in mind that a money order or cheque will take a little longer, as it takes time for them to arrive, and a little longer for your cheque to clear.
How long will it take for my order to
arrive?
We process orders Monday-Saturday (excluding
holidays). Please allow approximately 24 hours for processing. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post from our location
in Alberta’s beautiful Peace Country. We usually ship Canada Post Expedited, but most smaller orders in Western Canada will be shipped Xpress post. Special order items may take up to 6
weeks for delivery if sent from Canada, and any items from the United States
may be delayed going through customs. If
there are any delays, we will notify you immediately.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Not happy with your purchase?
Our products (except ‘Clearance’ items),
can be returned for a complete refund within 14 days of receiving your
purchase. Returned items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging.
Please email us before you return your purchase. When we receive the items and
they have been assessed, we will refund the cost of the items. You are
responsible for shipping costs, and you should consider insuring your
package. Any mistakes on our part will be remedied asap at no cost to you.
Damaged or defective product?
Please contact us if the product is
defective. We will do everything possible to make sure that you are happy with
your purchase, and will be happy to work with the manufacturer to ensure the
product is replaced or repaired.
The majority of manufacturers prefer retailers to refer customers to them when they have problems, so we will direct you to the appropriate manufacturer, and do what we can to help you in the meantime. Naturally, products that are not properly cared for will not be
replaced. Please contact us or refer to
the manufacturer for care instructions.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders are processed as soon as they are
received and in most cases cannot be canceled.
Privacy Policy
We will never sell your name or information to any other companies, businesses or individuals, ever.
