Acorns and Oaks is excited to introduce our Cloth Diaper Trial Kit!

Not sure if cloth diapering is right for your family? Want to use cloth diapers, but are unsure what type will work best on your baby? Our cloth diaper trial kit is for you! For only $40 our kit will allow you to try a variety of diapers without spending a lot of money trying to discover what brand suits your baby best.

How does it work?

We will send you enough diapers for 18 changes, in a variety of brands and gender neutral colours. You will receive everything you need to use and care for the diapers (except the washing machine!) as well as instructions how to use them. The diapers are ready to use, just pop them on your baby when they arrive! After you have used the diapers for two weeks, return them to us. Canadian addresses only, please.

How much does it cost?

For the cost of disposables, you can try cloth diapers! The trial kit costs $40 + a $280 deposit for the cost of the diapers. You are also responsible for shipping the diapers back to us. Prices range from around $10-$15, depending on your region of Canada. When it's time for us to ship your package, we'll send you an email with a link to where you can pay your deposit, and we'll sent everything out to you! Once they have been returned to us in good condition, we will refund your money back through PayPal.

Anything else I need to know?

As a courtesy to customers waiting after you, please return the diapers when your two weeks is up. If you would like to extend your test drive another two weeks, please contact us first. Diapers must be returned clean, dry and in good condition (no smells, major staining or tears). Make sure they are completely dry, as damp diapers may mould in transit. Diapers that have not been properly cared for will not receive a refund. Diapers go through a strict cleaning regimen before they are sent out to the next customer.

Can I keep the diapers?

If you love the diapers, you certainly may keep them, simply return what you do not want and we will send the balance of your deposit back to you. Of course, you can send them all back and order your favourite colours, too! Any leftover detergent is yours to keep.
